ACTIVE REHABILITATION

Active Rehabilitation is an individualized exercise program created for those who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. It serves as a transition between physiotherapy and a return to work. Active Rehabilitation is used to help restore a person’s ability to live and work as normally as possible following an injury or illness.
