What do I do if I'm sore after I get home?

Generally speaking, if you experience pain immediately after the injury and after exercising, ice should be applied to the pain site for an average of twenty minutes, three times a day. If the pain persists, please visit your doctor. Heat should only be applied once the inflammation has disappeared.
